Damaged Or Defective
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing defect, please contact me within 28 days of delivery and include a photograph of the problem. I'll work with the fulfillment provider to make it right.

Lost In Transit
If your package is lost in transit, I’ll work with the fulfillment provider to have it replaced at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Address
Please check your shipping address carefully when placing your order. If an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

Changed Your Mind
Printed Things are made to order, so I do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind.

Original Art & Small Sculptures

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and send photographs of the damage, including the packaging if possible. I'll assess the damage and determine the appropriate remedy—repair or refund—and handle the carrier/insurance claim.

Changed Your Mind

Because original artwork is one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns simply because you've changed your mind about a purchase.
